When: Saukia trilobite zone, San Saba Member (Wilberns Formation), Trempealeauan (492.5 - 485.4 Ma)

• bed number is feet above base. Highly variable, has calcitic facies (North) and Dolomitic facies (South)

• bed-level stratigraphic resolution

Environment/lithology: deep subtidal shelf; lithified, dolomitic, glauconitic, silty, sandy limestone

• Interval 490-516ft: Limestone, mostly very fine, some fine - and medium grained; mostly somber hues of pale yellowish brown, greenish cast where glauconitic; limonite common; dolomite pale to dark yellowish orange common as mottles and patches; beds mostly 6 to 12 inches. Silt contains various amounts of quartz and feldspar both authigenic and detrital.
