• Overlying Formation: Tobaco Formation. Underlying Formation: Tamasopo Fotmation. (Schafhauser et al, 2003). Thickness in this location is 370 m (Vega et al, 1995a).

Environment/lithology: coastal; brown marl

• The deposits in this locality are interpreted as subtidal shelf environments. (Vega et al, 1995a).
• Light brown marls (mudstones, siltstones, and claystones, with a minor amount of sandstone).
