• Mixed Maastrichtian-Danian assemblage from the main fossiliferous layer (most likely a Maastrichtian lag deposit)

•"articulated skeletons and other unworn material, including most of the birds, are more probably not reworked but part of a new phase of deposition in the earliest Paleocene (D. Parris, pers. comm.)" (Hope 2002).
