• Below Kungurian Rat Buri Group limestones, immediately below bryozoan bed yielding brachiopods of the Spinomartinia prolifica Zone (Sakmarian), suggests late Asselian age; Equivalent to Kaeng Krachan Group

Environment/lithology: marine; siltstone

• Barren calcareous and iron nodules and small concretions 2-4 cm thick present. Small, well-rounded pebbles are present, chiefly of quartzite, 1-3 cm across.
