Environment/lithology: marine; shelly/skeletal, silty conglomerate and sandstone

• the rugosans described here all occurred within bioclastic units, coquinites, and are associated with sandstones characterized by hummocky cross-stratification, with very poorly sorted and thinly bedded sandstones and siltstones, and with sandy or silty mudstones.
