• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From informal member C of the Natih Fm, which overlies the Nahr Umr Fm (Early to mid-Albian), and is overlain unconformably by the Fiqa Fm (Santonian). AGE: late Cenomanian, on the basis of ammonite and microfossil biostratigraphy, and stratigraphic position. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From upper part of formation.
