• STRATIGRAPHIC RELATIONS: From "Member 4" of the Bykov Fm, which overlies the Naiba Fm (Cenomanian). AGE: late Early to Middle Turonian, on the basis of ammonite biostratigraphy. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From near top of regional section. PJW: Inoceramus cuvieri zone is Middle Turonian.
