AGE: Early-middle Albian, on the basis of ammonoid biostratigraphy; Beudanticeras affine zone, Arcthoplites mcconnelli subzone. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From a 7 ft layer, 9 ft above the Athabasca River.
