AGE: Stated by Bürgl to be Middle Miocene, on the macrofossil biostratigraphy; placed by enterer in Burdigalian-Langhian on the basis of macrofossil biostratigraphy and Sr isotope dating in Cocinetas Basin. STRATIGRAPHIC POSITION: From unknown position within stratigraphy.
