Type specimen: Murata coll 515, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Crato (Murata collection), which is in an Aptian lacustrine - large carbonate in the Crato Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: fast-moving volant carnivore-insectivore
Distribution: found only at Crato (Murata collection)
