Type specimen: PIN 167/316, a forewing. Its type locality is Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 167), which is in a Callovian/Oxfordian lacustrine - large siltstone in the Karabastau Formation of Kazakhstan.

Distribution: found only at Karatau-Mikhailovka (PIN collection 167)
