Type specimen: FMNH MCP-322, a nymph (larva). Its type locality is Pit 11, Braidwood, Mazon Creek (FMNH coll), which is in a Westphalian D deltaic mudstone in the Carbondale Formation of Illinois.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Pit 11, Braidwood, Mazon Creek (FMNH coll)
