Type specimen: IVPP V 23318, a skeleton (Nearly complete articulated skeleton of an adult individual). Its type locality is Nanshimen [Tiaojishan Fm.], which is in an Oxfordian terrestrial shale in the Tiaojishan Formation of China.
Ecology:
Distribution: found only at Nanshimen [Tiaojishan Fm.]
