Type specimen: CRILARPV 301, a partial skeleton (Skull, jaws, cervical vertebrae & osteoderms). Its type locality is 5 km west of La Esquina, which is in a Norian floodplain sandstone in the Los Colorados Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: carnivore

Distribution: found only at 5 km west of La Esquina
