Type specimen: GPIH 4986, an exoskeleton. Its type locality is Burmese amber, Kachin amber (GPIH coll), which is in a Cenomanian terrestrial amber in Myanmar.

Distribution: found only at Burmese amber, Kachin amber (GPIH coll)
