Type specimen: MPSC R 1056, a partial skull. Its type locality is Chapada do Araripe [Romualdo Fm.] (general), which is in an Aptian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal shale in the Romualdo Formation of Brazil.

Ecology: volant frugivore

Distribution: found only at Chapada do Araripe [Romualdo Fm.] (general)
