Type specimen: GIUS 4−2290 Kos−20, a shell. Its type locality is Kostomłoty II quarry (Małe Górki), Kostomłoty, Holy Cross Mountains, which is in a Frasnian carbonate chert in the Szydłówek Formation of Poland.

Ecology: facultatively mobile epifaunal suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Kostomłoty II quarry (Małe Górki), Kostomłoty, Holy Cross Mountains
