Sister taxon: Nomgoliella australiensis
Type specimen: GIN 4297/9, a shell. Its type locality is Sample 135, Salany-Gol River, which is in a Nemakit-Daldynian marine horizon in the Bayan Gol Formation of Mongolia.
Ecology: epifaunal grazer
Distribution:
• Cambrian of Mongolia (2 collections), the Russian Federation (1)
Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
