Type specimen: IVPP V11999, a mandible (left dentary fragment with p3-m1). Its type locality is Heti Formation Locality 11-12, which is in a Sharamurunian floodplain siliciclastic in the Heti Formation of China.

Ecology: arboreal omnivore

Distribution: found only at Heti Formation Locality 11-12
