Type specimen: Southern Illinois University no. P 198, a limb element (distal portion of right humerus). Its type locality is Miocitta galbreathi type locality, which is in a Barstovian fluvial-lacustrine horizon in the Pawnee Creek Formation of Colorado.

Ecology: volant omnivore

Distribution: found only at Miocitta galbreathi type locality
