Type specimen: SMF Av 506a+b, a partial skeleton (slightly dissociated skeleton lacking skull and right foot). Its type locality is Frauenweiler, which is in a Rupelian estuary/bay claystone in Germany.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Frauenweiler
