Type specimen: NSM PV 20562, a mandible. Its type locality is Kitadani (north of Dinosaur Quarry), which is in an Aptian fluvial horizon in the Kitadani Formation of Japan.
Ecology: scansorial insectivore
Distribution: found only at Kitadani (north of Dinosaur Quarry)
