Type specimen: PDYV0875, an other (nearly complete right antler with complete pedical and a small part of frontal). Its type locality is Leilai Hominoid Locality, which is in a Miocene terrestrial horizon in the Xiaohe Formation of China.

Ecology: ground dwelling grazer-browser
