Type specimen: IPS Bi 31, a tooth (M1,2 sup. dext.). Its type locality is Biniamar, Island of Mallorca, which is in an Eocene lacustrine claystone/limestone in Spain.
Ecology: ground dwelling herbivore
Distribution: found only at Biniamar, Island of Mallorca
