Type specimen: DINO 16453a, b, a partial skeleton (part and counterpart of a nearly complete skeleton preserved in three dimensions). Its type locality is Rainbow Park microsite (DNM 96), which is in a Kimmeridgian terrestrial mudstone/mudstone in the Morrison Formation of Utah.

Ecology: amphibious carnivore

Distribution: found only at Rainbow Park microsite (DNM 96)
