Type specimen: UQF 5088, a shell. Its type locality is UQ L3099, Baralaba-Rannes road, which is in a Wuchiapingian coastal sandstone in the Flat Top Formation of Australia.
Ecology: epifaunal detritivore
Distribution: found only at UQ L3099, Baralaba-Rannes road
