Type specimen: CMGE 1/11998 (Central Museum of Geological Exploration), a partial skull (a frontal). Its type locality is Kyzylsu I, which is in a Bathonian terrestrial claystone in the Balabansai Formation of Kyrgyzstan.

Distribution:
