Type specimen: G32/1994. Its type locality is Ives Head, near Shepshed, which is in an Ediacaran basinal (siliceous) sandstone in the Ives Head Formation of the United Kingdom.

• Ediacaran of Canada (14: Newfoundland and Labrador collections), the United Kingdom (1)
