Type specimen: AMF.78169, a shell. Its type locality is Garra Formation Type Area, Beds 518 through 1196, which is in a Lochkovian marine lime mudstone/packstone in the Garra Formation of Australia.

Ecology: slow-moving epifaunal detritivore

Distribution: found only at Garra Formation Type Area, Beds 518 through 1196
