Type specimen: MPM-Pv 3457, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is Cerro Los Hornos, Lago Viedma, which is in a Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Pari Aike Formation of Argentina.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Average measurements (in mm): tibia diameter 89.0

Distribution: found only at Cerro Los Hornos, Lago Viedma
