Type specimen: KU 32692, a shell. Its type locality is US Highway 40, 9.4 miles west of Lawrence, 3 miles south of Lecompton, which is in a Virgilian carbonate limestone in the Deer Creek Formation of Kansas.

Ecology: infaunal carnivore

Distribution:

• Permian of Tunisia (2 collections)

• Virgilian of United States (1: Kansas)

Total: 3 collections each including a single occurrence
