Type specimen: GA063, a shell. Its type locality is Malga Gasparine (Lessini Mts), Biancone Fm, Section A, Bed 17, which is in a Valanginian marine limestone in the Biancone Formation of Italy.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Italy (2 collections)
