Type specimen: MMH 9747, a shell. Its type locality is Oyster-ammonite Conglomerate loc. III, Agatdalen, Nugssuaq, which is in a Maastrichtian offshore shale in Greenland.

Ecology: fast-moving nektonic carnivore

Distribution:

• Cretaceous of Austria (1 collection), Denmark (5), France (2), Greenland (3)
