Type specimen: Its type locality is Ancient Wall Reef Complex, Mt. Haultain, Simla Formation, which is in a Frasnian reef, buildup or bioherm limestone in the Simla Formation of Canada.

Distribution:

• Devonian of Canada (4: Alberta, British Columbia collections)

Total: 4 collections each including a single occurrence
