Type specimen: FLFO 5813, a mandible (right dentary fragment with m1-m3). Its type locality is UCM locality 92179, which is in a Chadronian channel mudstone in the Florissant Formation of Colorado.

Ecology: fossorial insectivore

Distribution: found only at UCM locality 92179
