Type specimen: PIN 3790-271 and PIN 3790-282, a partial skeleton (portion of articulated left shoulder girdle, left forelimb, and cervical and thoracic vertebrae with feather imprints). Its type locality is Khurilt Ulaan Bulag, which is in a Hauterivian/Barremian terrestrial shale in the Andaikhudag Formation of Mongolia.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at Khurilt Ulaan Bulag
