Type specimen: QMF 6710, a partial skull (posterior part of cranium incl. partial mandible). Its type locality is QMF L78 (Rewan Formation), which is in an Induan fluvial mudstone/ironstone in the Arcadia Formation of Australia.

Distribution: found only at QMF L78 (Rewan Formation)
