Type specimen: AMNH 43002. Its type locality is AMNH3026, Windowblind Butte, San Rafael Swell, which is in a Smithian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal packstone in the Moenkopi Formation of Utah.

Ecology: epifaunal

Average measurements (in mm): shell diameter 3.95

Distribution: found only at AMNH3026, Windowblind Butte, San Rafael Swell
