Type specimen: TsNIGR 80/9210, a shell. Its type locality is Bogataya River, Upper Chandalaz, Muravyeva-Amurskogo Peninsula, Primorye, which is in a Capitanian marine horizon in the Chandalaz Formation of the Russian Federation.
