Sister taxa: Celyphia bacula, Celyphia minima, Celyphia submarginata, Celyphia zoldana
Type specimen: DVGU 8B coll. 143-B slide 2-Y. Its type locality is Nakhodka Quarry, Collection 143, Primorye, which is in a Changhsingian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Lyudyanza Formation of the Russian Federation.
