Type specimen: CNHM (FMNH) UR 148, a partial skull (maxillary with dentition and partial lower jaw with roots of teeth). Its type locality is Locality HA ("Lower San Angelo Fm."), which is in a Kungurian/Roadian fluvial claystone/conglomerate in the San Angelo Formation of Texas.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at Locality HA ("Lower San Angelo Fm.")
