- Stephanophyllia indica: Its type locality is Jhirk, Sind, Pakistan, which is in a Selandian/Thanetian reef, buildup or bioherm horizon in Pakistan
- Stephanophyllia intermedia: Its type locality is Kharga Oasis, which is in a Danian shallow subtidal shale/chalk in the Dakhla Formation of Egypt.
