Type specimen: LACM 123897, a limb element (tarsometatarsus). Its type locality is LACM Loc. 5060 - Beaver Creek [Keasey Fm], which is in a Priabonian basinal (siliceous) horizon in the Keasey Formation of Oregon.

Ecology: ground dwelling carnivore

Distribution: found only at LACM Loc. 5060 - Beaver Creek [Keasey Fm]
