Type specimen: P6M2336, a carapace. Its type locality is Bulla Section BUCS1, Ostracod unit, Ortisei, which is in a Changhsingian lagoonal/restricted shallow subtidal dolomite/wackestone in the Bellerophon Formation of Italy.

Ecology: epifaunal detritivore-suspension feeder

Distribution: found only at Bulla Section BUCS1, Ostracod unit, Ortisei
