Type specimen: UA 546, a partial shell (much of a phragmacone and the adjacent portion of the living chamber). Its type locality is Sutton Island, which is in a Tremadocian carbonate dolomite in Canada.

Ecology: fast-moving nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at Sutton Island
