Type specimen: RHF 318, a partial shell. Its type locality is Mud Springs Mountain (Mud Springs Mt. Fm.), which is in a Demingian reef, buildup or bioherm reef rocks in the Mud Springs Mountain Formation of New Mexico.
Ecology: nektonic carnivore
Distribution: found only at Mud Springs Mountain (Mud Springs Mt. Fm.)
