Type specimen: SM A.16690, a shell. Its type locality is "1/2 mi N. of W. from the Llanvirn quarry", which is in an Abereiddian offshore shale in the Aber Mawr Shale Formation of the United Kingdom.

Ecology: nektobenthic carnivore

Distribution: found only at "1/2 mi N. of W. from the Llanvirn quarry"
