Type specimen: NMB 1403, a carapace. Its type locality is Röserental (Glattweg), west of Liestal, which is in a Bajocian carbonate limestone in the Hauptrogenstein Formation of Switzerland.
Ecology: epifaunal carnivore
Distribution: found only at Röserental (Glattweg), west of Liestal
