Type specimen: UFRJ DG 303-R, a partial skeleton. Its type locality is General Salgado county, which is in a Campanian/Maastrichtian terrestrial horizon in the Adamantina Formation of Brazil.
Ecology: carnivore
Distribution: found only at General Salgado county
