Type specimen: IRScNB 90-33h, an exoskeleton (cephalothorax and abdomen). Its type locality is Sibbe quarry, Valkenburg, which is in a Maastrichtian marine chalk in the Maastricht Formation of the Netherlands.

Ecology: infaunal carnivore
